‘Storm Area 51’ begins as people gather in the Nevada Desert VIDEO
People are expected to gather on the outskirts of the top-secret US military installation known as Area 51 in the Nevada Desert on Friday, September 20 .
The event, titled ‘Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop All of Us’, was called for on social media, with millions of people RSVPing. Organisers intend to raid Area 51 to “see them Aliens.”
Area 51 has long been a topic of fascination for conspiracy theorists and paranormal enthusiasts who believe it to be the location where the US government stores and hides alien bodies and UFOs. Its existence was only acknowledged by the US government in 2013 after citizens filed a Freedom of Information Act request that called for the release of information regarding the government's activities in the area.
The 38,400-acre land area has been restricted to the public since 1958 and has armed guards patrolling the perimeter. It's also impossible to enter the airspace above without permission from air traffic control. The facility’s official name is Nevada Test and Training Range. It is a unit of the Nellis Air Force Base, located at Groom Lake, 120 miles (193 km) northwest of Las Vegas.

The mystery images were taken in Egypt, near Cairo, and appear to show a secret military base or a weird alien structure.
The video has been posted to YouTube by SecureTeam and it’s already had over 100,000 views.
The narrator, named as Tyler, describes the finding as a "mysterious entrance to a secret underground base"
He said:"We have a very interesting image here.
"The big question is: what are these things?
"It looks like there’s some Freemason symbolism on the structures.
"It’s obviously an underground base."
The group describes itself as "the best in new UFO sighting videos and the alien activity happening on and off our planet".
They recently found an "interstellar mother ship" near Jupiter.
And earlier this month, they claimed to find a UFO in previously unseen footage from an Apollo mission.

A video showing a UFO coming out of the sea and apparently splitting in two is alleged to belong to the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
A group called the Scientific Coalition for Ufology (SCU), claims the footage was captured by a DHS aircraft.
They claim they were given the thermal video by a "official source."
In the footage the UFO flies at high speed past the screen.
The SCU say the image could not be a drone, bird, balloon on another aircraft.
They estimate the UFO was travelling at around 90mph under water and 120mph in the air.
UFO Mystery: The footage was described as 'exciting' by one UFO expert
The former head of the British Government's UFO Project, Nick Pope said the footage was 'fascinating.'
"Assuming the video isn't a clever hoax - which is always a possibility these days - it's a fascinating piece of footage," he told The Express.
"About the only conventional explanation that might fit the bill is that this is some new drone, but the entry and exit from the sea and the apparent splitting in two of the object makes even this explanation seem unlikely."
He said the footage was the kind which get experts excited, and that he would be watching developments on the video 'with interest.'
